We offer free shipping for all orders within the U.S. Orders will normally take about 3-6 business days to ship.

chamonixjewelry.com wishes you to be satisfied with your purchase, if this is not the case and you are not completely satisfied. We offer return or exchange with original receipt within 30 days of purchased date.

chamonixjewelry.com accepts returns on all items except those marked FINAL SALE.

Return Policies:

  1. Returns must be sent within 30 of days from the date of receipt in the original or similar, safe packaging.
  2. Merchandise that has been used, altered or damaged cannot not be accepted.
  3. Do not remove the security tag or any other tags attached to the item until you are certain you are keeping the item. If you attempt to remove the security tag it will void itself. Items without security tags or the original tags on the item will not be accepted for return.
  4. Return shipping is at your cost unless Customer Service authorizes otherwise which will only be the case if we print you a return label. Items that qualified for standard free shipping will be refunded less $15. Items that qualified for free overnight shipping will be refunded less $30.
  5. An undelivered item will result in a 7% fee. Items that are returned due to an incorrect address on the purchase order will be charged a 3%. All fees will be deducted from any refund; the fees will not be charged if the customer accepts a gift certificate instead of a refund.
  6. For all returns, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
